China Patient Help collects information you choose to submit through contact forms, route-intake fields, direct email, and service communication.
Information you provide
Submitted information may include your name, email, WhatsApp contact, preferred language, timing in China, selected medical route, department interest, hospital route, and a short case summary.
Sensitive information
Public forms and chat are not designed for full medical records, passport scans, payment-card details, or insurance files. Please do not send those materials unless a separate consented process is provided.
How we use information
We use submitted information to reply, prepare a coordination route, check practical fit, reduce abuse, maintain records needed for service delivery, and communicate next steps.
Sharing
We may share limited case logistics with service providers or hospital-contact channels only as needed to handle the route you requested and only within the applicable consent and service process.
